A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Ruined my bathroom. Comvinced me with his over 40 years experience and business in Greece etc. Did not use levelling spacers but I thought, given his experience, he knew what he was doing. There is not a single tile properly levlled with another. Cost me extra as had to buy new tiles as he agreed to fix it but still the job looks like it was done by an amature. Tiling is not something you want going wrong as it is the final finish and now we have to live with this mess.

Eltion did a fantastic job of painting my flat. He is the ultimate professional, came to see my as soon as I posted the job to give me a quote and is great at keeping the communication flowing. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.
