Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Rated people are reviewing the Complaint raised.

As a summary I can honestly say that Jonathan and his crew are the best I have ever contracted to undertake work for me. They submitted the best tender for the job, they turned up when they said they would, site was measured up then they arrived on the dot as arranged. They also offered suggestions that would enhance what I wanted doing which were all taken up. The guys were all pleasant and polite and very hard working. Marco responded straight away to my advertised job, and was able to start immediately. Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind. Had a quote for a new gate to be installed, while here, we got discussing redoing the driveway in either resin or block paving. Nico suggested just getting it cleaned and treated for now while I decided. The result was amazing!! It looks like a brand new driveway. Highly recommend Nico, nothing was too much trouble to explain or give a demonstration. Ended up not only getting the new gate and fence, driveway cleaned, treated, sanded and sealed but also the back garden treated and cleaned. Fabulous work!

We’re disappointed with the job. You quoted £250 after seeing the old gate, but key issues like post replacement weren’t properly addressed. You included removal/disposal in the price, but we kept the gate — yet the cost stayed the same. The new gate quickly began leaning and won’t lock. Despite follow-ups, you didn’t respond. We paid in full, expecting quality and professionalism, but were let down. We're not seeking a fix now, just sharing our experience for others’ awareness.
