The service was excellent. Artur came the day after I posted the job (the Friday), and true to his word, he and his team started the job on the Monday. The work was of excellent quality. They worked very cleanly, even going beyond the point of duty, moving articles out of the way. The work was completed within a week as promised and was of exceptional quality. I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
