Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. I was ok with Plumber,seemed knowledgeable. the only job requir’d was adjust toilet pipe no parts required. What I was v unhappy with when the company 1st contacted me. I made it clear as to how much I expected to be charged. I was told I would be charged £75 per hour + any parts. No parts required. Chap was here for 30 mins. I was disappointed to be charged £90 which I queried to be told there is an investigation charge. Not clarified despite my initial questions.i also found text replies rather abrupt.
