Kris was swift coming around, giving us a competitive quote on the job along with giving us his ideas for the project. Once agreed, he was able to complete the job to high standards whilst arranging all the material needed. He's very friendly and has great attention to detail. Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.
