Graham and his selected team did a great job for us turning our dark cold basement into a lovely room that we use everyday, he was very clear throughout the whole process from quoting to completion and did additional jobs at a fair price. He also liaised with building control meetings. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to get him to quote for more work in the future. You can tell that he takes pride in his work.
Darren provided practical solutions to an unusual build, and a proper estimate. As the work was about to start the spec' changed a few times, and Darren was helpful with that. We agreed a new price and signed a straightforward agreement. Security was never an issue - we had no issue with giving Darren keys and access. He turned up when he said he would and always went through the issues of the day and the progress of the day on site and on the phone. The project has worked out really well, and it has been a very good working relationship. We have no hesitation in recommending Darren - he was helpful throughout, including managing the occassional curved ball. He runs work from a joinery led perspective, and has a wide range of understanding about the other trades and what should happen when. A pleasure to work with!

Excelect job and clean all the way. GCO International got a super professional and quick team. My house is an old house 1930 and they had to go back to brick. In just 6 weeks now I can move in a brand new home. They install new electric wiring, plumbing, plastering, everything, with a team of just 4 builders. ( Garage was converted in only 2 weeks from startto finish, ) Price was resonable and nevergotan issue with them durring the building process. This company contacted me after my request for a quote. We discussed all the details and they were helpful at first. They promised to provide a quote the next day or two but 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Even after they read my whats app messages they dont reply. It is basic respect to reply when a customer is chasing a 3 week old request. Don't bother with them they waste your time. I cant give no stars but they deserve it. IF they cannot find time to do a quote they shouldn't chase more work.

I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers.
