From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. Though i found a solution to what i needed with no trade person ( ready made on internet) Vasiliev was very prompt and followed up on his response to ensure the job was not required any longer. I will definatelly keep traders number for possible jobs in the future.
I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

CCL did a great job with our flat kitchen roof that needed relaying. Connor was great to deal with in organising the job and agreeing a budget and Wayne (who did the relaying) worked to a high standard and was courteous, professional and honest - he told me the flashing didn’t actually need doing, as what was already there was fine. Highly recommended!

Abbey Plastering did an excellent job with the rendering and coping stones on my garden wall. They were punctual and left everything neat and tidy. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbours.
