James did a really good job for the house we’d just bought. The floors were all painted and really ugly, and he sanded them back to the wood and left them looking really nice. He even returned free of charge to fix a problem of “grain raising” which had left the boards a bit rough to the touch and occurred a few days after he’d finished, due to moisture in the space. He was friendly, considerate and empathic, a really pleasant guy to have around and to be involved in our renovation project.

The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

If I could add 10 stars, I would. Martyn,Russ and their team have done a First class job on my kitchen, at a reasonable all in price. All completed in about 10 working days. Martyn came and prices my job and I thought I had a good idea as to design, however his experience guided me to amendment that would enhance and improve the layout. A start date was agreed and right from the start everyone arrives on time and completed a FULL days work and no one left BEFORE the site was clean and swept. THANK YOU.

I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Their communication was excellent from the outset and they were reliable, always doing what they said they would do. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor.
