Hi i've been in the the construction industry since I left schooI..I've got vast experience in all types of building works including extensions single/ Double and conversions .I also so carry out works which involves structural works including steel works.I also carry out small jobs as well. I've got liability insurance in place my plumber is gas safe certified and my electrician is napit certified.

Sash Window solutions, headed by Andrew, made the whole process stress free . The timing of the fitting was negotiable and everything was made clear. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

James did a really good job for the house we’d just bought. The floors were all painted and really ugly, and he sanded them back to the wood and left them looking really nice. He even returned free of charge to fix a problem of “grain raising” which had left the boards a bit rough to the touch and occurred a few days after he’d finished, due to moisture in the space. He was friendly, considerate and empathic, a really pleasant guy to have around and to be involved in our renovation project.
