I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

I engaged Pol Builders initially to replace the flooring on my landing. They did an excellent job, ensuring minimum disruption. I was so pleased with the standard of workmanship, they then completed, the hall, stairs and landing redecoration, installing panelling and laying LVT in the hallway to a very high standard. They re-modelled our kitchen units beautifully too. They are polite, efficient and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

I have worked both in first fix carpentry which includes framing, sub floors etc to second fox which includes architraves, skirting, flooring and hanging doors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Andrey completed work under contract with guarantees, but within 2 months the exterior paint peeled off & looks awful. After acknowledging the poor workmanship, Andrey has systematically avoided all accountability - dodging calls, breaking promises, and blatantly refusing to honour his contractual obligations. A complete lack of professional integrity, despite us having all records of communication - he cannot be trusted to stand behind his work.
