I am very pleased with the work done by JMR. The tradesmen were pleasant and happy to make any changes or additions to the original plans, with the approval of James (the boss). Nic did an amazing job of the plastering, and Tristan applied his many skills to the build. The estimate was reasonable, and was also the final price charged for the original plan. James charged a fair price for the extra work I requested, and was open to discussion on any aspect of the build. A job well done.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. MH Roofing repaired a leaking roof on one of our bedrooms. The area was difficult to access and required entry through our neighbour’s property. The team were polite and courteous to our neighbour and carried out the work with great professionalism.

Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.
