Michael McGowan from Greenline Roofing came out. We had been let down previously and he was aware of this. They did the job that afternoon. We paid them. They put 4 vents in the roof, which ended up causing more leaks. They said someone would send someone out to fix it, they didn't. They said they would phone back, they didn't. No response to any messages. We have had to get someone out to fix the vents that were put in the wrong way. The word 'inside' is on the outside of the vents fitted. No money back.

Got Dry verge, pointing and roof vents fitted. Good communication and explanation of work to be carried out. Arrived on the arranged date, completed job and tidied up well after. Even unblocked my guttering overflow. Good standard of work and reasonable price, highly recommended.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
