We recently had our subfloor replaced and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The carpenter was friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure the work was carried out to a high standard. The new subfloor is solid, level, and has made a huge difference to the room. It's great to find a tradesperson who is reliable, turns up when they say they will, and takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend him!!

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. An outstanding trades person. I posted the job in February but had to save up before the work could be done. Phil waited and he did the work for me in June. The weather was very hot but that didn't stop Phil from getting on with the job ,nor did problems he encountered .. He is a problem solver and repaired the problem before finishing his own job and he cleaned up at the end of each day. 5 stars .
