All the above : good quality , good value , very reliable . Great customer care and support . Craig Manterfield is a maestro of his art in my opinion . He organised the job like a general leading an army of men . His team respond to him like clockwork . They clearly enjoy their boss . Second to none ??? .

I found Tony to be punctual, well-informed, courteous and reliable. I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took to explain the issues he came across as well as the solutions he devised. I have a list of other jobs that need doing in my unfurnished house and hope to enlist Tony again.

Phil was brilliant, very reliable and did an excellent job, he even cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't tell he had been except for the great new door and window he had replaced for me. I will use again( soon!) I would highly recommend Kraftworks to anybody who needs a joiner.

A great job very well done, in the fitting of laminate flooring to our hallway and downstairs cloakroom, even removing, adjusting and refitting all of the sanitary ware. A slight underestimation in the time required to carry out the work and the materials required, resulting in a last minute change of work schedules to accommodate the work being finished the following day. Overall, very happy with the workmanship and quality of the job and will certainly look to use on another project when funds allow.

Very happy with Gary's helpfulness and attential to detail. He really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done properly and looked good afterwards (re-grouting the floor to match the toilet, replacing pipes elsewhere in the bathroom he found to be unsuitable, etc.)
