Reasonable prices, happy to work on a day rate or a fixed price basis. Very approachable and easy to work with, good communication skills. Polite and respectful in people's homes. We are BDMA (building damage management association) qualified REINSTATE - After Reviving your property we can deal with any type of reinstatement work. New bathrooms and kitchens are typical jobs we undertake. There isn't anything we cannot help with. We are the complete solution for your insurance repairs. We believe we are the best solution for anyone making a claim and we can appoint our loss assessor when you need that extra bit of help managing the claim. RENOVATE - We work closely with structural engineers and architects and can offer a refurbishment of your property in-house, whatever it is you are looking to achieve. After the visit, a scope of work was sent back to me within 2 working days. Once the payout was confirmed, Andrew revisited the property with the building director. Lee Warburton from Lock Hub made an arrangement to visit for a quote, but never arrived and made no attempt to inform me. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Consequently, I find it hard to trust someone who does not meet their obligations .
