hi there I run a landscapeing and building firm. we are a friendly and busy company we are based in ig5 we do very good jobs for everyone home owner I've worked for I leave the job tidy allways. if u like this see some of my jobs or give us a quote for works u need to ring or txt me. I do everything that's brickwork block. patios blockpaveing turfing fencing sheds built retaing walls concreting and so on
Roger undertook installing my front boundary wall. The quality of the work is poor and some of the mortar is missing. It is not smooth and mortar already beginning to show cracking. He was pouring the excess mortar down my drain that resulting in the drain being blocked. I had to contact a drain specialist and it cost be over £200 to unblock the drains. I requested a partial refund of £150 from Roger and he has now ignored me. I will be notifying trading standards and making small claims.

John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,
