Excellent work completed by Peter and Charlie. The end result has made the section of my garden completely usable and the use of a gate in the rear of the pergola is clever to hide tools and water butt. They were clean, tide and took all waste including extra that I had laying around. Would totally use them again.

The storms early in the year severely damaged my back garden fence and Allan did a very good job of replacing the eleven fence posts. He also built a wall to replace part of the fence. I am pleased with their work, and found them to be very prompt and efficient and would be happy recommend them. EXCELLENT JOB

1st Landscaping responded quickly to my request, working really hard over two days to complete the work. They offered me advice and helped me to prioritise the work I needed doing, taking into account the budget available. They cleared all the debris away and left the garden, decking and driveway looking clean and rejuvenated.

I employed Simon to do extensive painting of my garden furniture and fences during the summer. He also kindly helped me with some carpentry work in the garden and some jobs indoors. He arrived on time each day or let me know if there would be a delay and why, the work he undertook was meticulous and he always cleared up before he left each evening and joy of joys no radio blaring! I cannot speak too highly of his conduct and willingness throughout and can strongly recommend him.

Pip is an excellent all rounder but is inclined to spend too much time on tasks if not supervised, which can be costly if employed on a day rate. In my experience, Pip should make more effort to separate his tools from others in order to avoid confusion of ownership.

A good working relationship with your builder is essential and we definitely had that with Heyl Build. We agreed a price before the job started. Then we added to the job and each addition was quoted for so both parties knew where they were. The team worked hard through varying weather conditions and they were always polite. We are very happy with the end result and we would have no hesitation in recommending Heyl Build.

Jimmy came round to give us a quote very soon after we had asked for a workman. We needed soundproofing on two floors and carpets and underlay fitted on two floors and the stairwells plus landings. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. He is extremely reliable and we would have no hesitation is recommending him. We were very pleased with the result and found him to be extremely helpful and efficient.

Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.

Turned up on time and price was good. Work was good and left the place clean and tidy.. The grass did grow as well.
