We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

All of the tradespeople were friendly and courteous and Wally went over and above, helping me move the furniture out of the garage and to put it back! We will definitely use Old Oak again for our next home improvement project.
