I’m really disappointed that this guy published this feedback. I told him I had covid 19 and would inspect the property when I was better. I called him week later and told I could come the following week He clearly couldn’t wait for that. However I contacted him as soon as my isolation period was over. His reply was that he got another roofer in as he couldn’t wait. The other roofer confirmed that the problem he was having was nothing to do with my work and that was all good. Very disappointed
Ben and his team of two did a great job creating a roof for the back of the house. They also replaced leaking guttering, drainpipes and painted windows. They were very helpful and professional in advising us on the best solution for our property. All the work was done to a high standard without any problems. Ben, Ross, Craig & Lee all very professional and polite and respected the house. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star for starting, was because they got caught in the thunderstorms from the week before. But once they started they were on time. You could ask questions about the work and Ross or Craig explained the procedure. Ben called regularly to ensure that I was happy with the progress of the work. I have recommended them to my neighbours who asked about them.
Ben was utterly brilliant from start to finish. We’d been let down badly by a previous firm and needed someone to sort our roof out urgently. Ben contacted me within minutes of my listing the job here on Rated People, did the quote the same day, and was on site within two days, all in the middle of very uncertain times due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Honest, friendly, communicative and reliable, as well as patient with our numerous questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to others.
Ben replied very quickly to our request for a price. The price was competitive, and Ben was a genuine person, so that won him the job of replacing our roof. The job was done quickly, efficiently and the new roof looks great. Paul, who managed the job worked very tidily and efficiently throughout and took pride in his work. I would not hesitate in recommending Ace Roofing, and I am not one who usually leaves feedback, so it shows you how happy I was with them !!
