They came promptly and did the work within about 75 minutes, but they did not give any indication of the price charged. Then I got a bill for £1280. When I said that was really ridiculous they said they had sent me the wrong bill (ye, right) and it should have been £980 This too was much too high. I would be very careful before taking on these people and don't know how they can be on this platform..

Ashely initially appears honest although he is very inexperienced, unprofessional and pulls quotation figures out of thin air. he was unable to identify the problem and therefore went through a myriad of potential remedies which he kept billing me for before working out what the actual issue was. I had a blocked Kitchen sink when I contacted Ashley via Active Plumbing £700 later I still have a blocked sink, a gaping whole in the back of my kitchen units and a leaking sink. 1/10 Avoid at all costs.

We hired Active to address damp issues. Within a year, the work has failed. Plaster is bulging and cracking and the damp has returned. An new plumber has confirmed that the wrong materials were used and are guaranteed to fail. They denied responsibility rather than offering any solution or support. This was a large spend, and the results have been short lived and poorly executed . I would strongly caution anyone considering using them - the work quality, product knowledge and aftercare have all been poor

Jobs is done for a landlord , but these guys did not keep their word in giving the price before conducting the job, they afterwards pressured me to pay a large sum of money, way more than the job is worth. They also promised to send pictures of completed job, but failed to do so. Keep away, for your piece of mind!

  This guy was a messer we had to visit twice coz he let us down first time he was charge £580 for a few leaks he’s tenants was non-stop calling him. They told me that he doesn’t like to spend any money on his property. And the tenants have told me they have a problem with their washing machine and he still hasn’t done it so for him to put this rating on I would just like people to know that they’re dodgy landlords namely this guy but that’s fine. You will read this. I have reported you to landlord society
