Allan came to look at the job we needed doing ( fitting a kitchen )and gave us a very good quote came a few days later to start and he done a fantastic job and he also done a few thing extra for us. very pleasant and knowledgeable man who take pride in his work. 5 Hour round trip to meet him and allowed a 2-hour window - so 7 hours of my day wasted as did not show and did not call. I see that tardiness is a previous comment posted
