Andy helped us sort out a mess that another tradesman had left us in. He was knowledgeable, punctual and trustworthy and restored our confidence! We would definitely recommend him.
Professional, friendly and extremely thorough! Andy not only went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our problem cleanly and efficiently, he identified and put right a dangerous hatchet job we wouldn't otherwise have been aware of and rectified an issue we had previously been advised would require removal of walls to even diagnose. We will most certainly be calling on Andy to carry out all our electrical work in future. Fantastic and faultless service, exceptionally good value and a lovely chap to boot!
Andy came on the same day and resolved 3 separate electrical issues we have had outstanding for several years. He fixed them all within the hour and the pride he takes in both customer satisfaction and safety is great to see. I have saved his number and will always use Andy for any future jobs we have.
Andy was brilliant from start to finish. He responded to the job post promptly, and he was able to schedule in a quick visit to assess the issue. His work was very thorough and the knowledge he demonstrated was very helpful and reassuring. I'd highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.
Very professional service, would recommend.
