You’ve not paid me a penny how can you even write a review like this. I have all the messages explaining there would be a call out charge to investigate & find out what the issue was which you proceeded with. I then called you whilst I was on the job, explained the issues and provided the quote of £350.00 (inc call out charge) you again proceeded telling me to commence. You then contacted me a day later to say you wouldn’t pay £350.00 and set your own price of £150.00 after work was already complete.

Very evasive about providing a price before attending and once at property quoted 3 times what you would expect to pay, avoid at all costs if you haven't agreed price.

Very impressed with James. Great comms and he was able to attend and resolve the issue we had with our bath plug very quickly. He was also able to complete a second issue for us to our drainpipe whilst he was here. Would happily use James again.
