Arrived promptly to give an estimate, did the work over a period of days and within the time frame they had specified. All looks ok and no sign of any problems after several periods of very heavy rain. Jim pointed out other items of roof maintenance work which requires attention and I have put them on the to do list, and shall invite him to provide a quote as and when they are next to be done. Recommended.

They also sanded down and painted the facias and soffits back and front after removing the old cast iron gutters and prior to fixing the new deep flow plastic gutters, and sealed surface cracks and painted the chimney head with rubberised paint. It all looks very good. The work at the chimney head seems to have cured the water ingression. Recommended.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Jim and his team efficiently replaced our gutters. Heavy rain and hail showers didn’t impact on their work. Very pleased with the end result. Communication from start to finish was very good.

Jim replaced an old gutter along the front of my house that had been overflowing. Initially very pleased with the results, within 2-3 months it started to overflow too. Jim initially ignored requests to come and address the problem. When he eventually arrived, he removed some moss, stating that was the issue. The gutter continues to overflow during all but the slightest of rain and Jim continues to ignore my requests to complete the job satisfactorily.
