So far we have found Joff to be very helpful and co-operative. However, at present he has been unable to undertake the work. Our tenant has developed heart problems and so we have had to delay the work.

Since that job which he did well for us we have asked Joff to undertake further work. He promised to do so, but is now ignoring phone calls and emails leaving us no alternative but to go elsewhere!

Joff contacted me really quickly and estimated for the work. He popped out and saw the job at a convenient time to firm up the price. Then was able to slot the work in really quickly. The workmen did a great job, they did forget their Hoover but this was easily rectified as they asked to borrow one. Windows painted well and all mess cleaned up. Great job, would use again
