Peter was the 4th to give me a quote. The other 3 tried to talk me out of what I wanted and also add jobs. Peter just said yes I can do that. He was 16.67% cheaper than the next quote, with the extras I wanted included in his price. After I ran the vacuum out, you couldn't tell he'd been, other than new windows. I don't need to touch anything up. Come on! 16.67% cheaper than the next.
