All work carried out with speed and efficiency to a high standard. All timescales were met....if Tom said work would start it did, if subcontractors were scheduled to attend they did or I was kept advised if there was a delay. Overall very happy with Bailey's Roofing for the new roof we now have on our bungalow.
Following rain ingress into the roof space and assessment of felt deterioration. It was decided to replace both the existing felt and batons with upgraded materials. The work involved ,scaffolding removal and replacing of tiles and solar panels. The work was carried out in seven working days.
