Douglas fixed my toilet cistern for a fixed price. He kept to the quote even though it was more work than he first thought and he arranged to come back next day to finish it properly. Since then I have used Douglas again on a separate plumbing job.

Douglas came out really quickly to replace my sink and did it for a decent price - and cleaned up to! Really appreciated
