Just called once and not returned and now job is closed as well. Can't even repost
I have booked the work but it's yet to be carried out. For some reason the app won't let me close the job without selecting a rating, so I am unimpressed with RP on that front!?!
Ian was great, quick to quote and start the work. Tap replacement was awkward but he managed it without needing to remove the sink
Ian was friendly, helpful and resolved the issue at a reasonable price. I would recommend.
They are prompt, friendly, kept me updated (discussed what was needed and why), honest and open. Also they clearly take pride in doing a job well. I would recommend BFF heating strongly.
