Gave a quote and the job turned out to be more complicated and longer than we all thought, but they got on with it and did a great job on the day. Easy to communicate with and straightforward.

Hired on basis of positive reviews. Unfortunately they proved to be really unreliable. Cancelled initial appointment due to illness. Rescheduled to do two hours which was ok. Then cancelled next appointment 30 mins before. Rescheduled appointment for two days later and was a no show. Quoted illness, then tools left at previous job then slept through alarm.
