Although I originally gave this builder a good rating, there has been problems with the pump and water flow. I contacted them 8 months into the year guarantee of his work, and he ignores my messages asking him to look what is going wrong.
Brian quoted just under £3000 to replace some shower wall panels that had become mottled. I paid the £1500 deposit in cash even though I wasn't really happy with the small selection of panels I was given to choose from. After a few days I realised I had been stupid and phoned to cancel the order. Brian said he had already ordered some materials and to give him a couple of days to work out how much refund I was due. I never heard from him again, texts were not replied to and calls unanswered.

Brian was great. Quickly came to the rescue when my shower enclosure broke. Really pleasant nature & reliable. Fair price. Arrived on time & worked quickly & to a good standard.
