Reese is a very reliable contractor. Even though he was busy, he messaged two days in advance to confirm the appointment and double-checked all the details with us. He finished the work on time and sent plenty of photos showing the before and after, which made it very clear for us to see the job done. More importantly, he managed to find the cause of the water leak and gave us practical recommendations on how to fix it, which I really appreciated. I will use his service again in the future.
