Working with Calum from L&D Design and Installation was a pleasure from start to finish. The quote seemed fair compared to some others I received and his communication throughout was excellent. Helped us with various problems with suppliers along the way, gave great advice on how to maximise the space which we hadn't thought of, and took his time in preparing the room before starting which is key to a good finish. Absolutely first class. From the moment Calum walked through our front door to give us a quote through to the finished product, he has been professional, kind, transparent, and all round superb. Calum provided a very fair quote in line with the market and from the outset the communication was swift and easy. The standard of the bathroom is incredible and we are so happy to have a room we feel comfortable and clean in. Please don’t change your ways guys - you standout from the rest being down to earth.
Our experience with Calum and Tom was very positive from the start. They have excellent communication skills and are very reliable. They always reply to messages quickly and make sure all questions are answered in full. They are proactive in suggesting options on how to achieve the desired result more economically without sacrificing quality. In the end, they did an excellent job on installing new showers, tiling etc, and did it quickly and thoroughly. We will be happy to use their services in the future.
