When they came round to give me the quote they took the time to properly investigate the loft and talk through the extent of the problems and what needed doing. When they identified additional problems after having started they gave a fair price for the work involved. The work was well done and really thorough and respected the fact I needed it done by a deadline. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing roof work.
Pointing / Repointing
26/11/23 - Work was swiftly started and the person worked long hours each day on the grinding out and refilling in June. Then he moved onto another job at house opposite and the waterproofing has never been done despite calls from him promising to do so. An email to the firm's owner in September has produced no contact either. Luckily I made a small retention when paying the bill so I have only paid for the work that was done.
External Wall Painting
Painted and filled back of house and exterior garden wall. Good communication throughout, Alan did a great job and all work was done in a professional and clean manner. Very pleased with end result.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Capital roofing were great. Barry was communicative and Alan was an efficient worker. I also enlisted them to replace my roof felt and batons, which was an easy job from the scaffolding going up (CVSS scaffolding were fab) to the felt being replaced. They had to come back to tweak a few things which they did quickly and graciously.
