Shoddy workmanship. Colin was initially going to use chicken wire instead of bird proofing even though I had expressed a preference for most robust materials: still not sure what was used for the sections that are impossible to see from street level but pigeons were back in in no time. My attic window was also shattered and Colin blamed a bird for flying into it. It must have been some bird! Would definitely not recommend.
