Quick to call to confirm date to come round and quote. Called on day to reschedule to next day, as Ken advised he was busy, which was fine. However, never turned up to quote and not heard back since.

That’s fine. Letting me know you were going on holiday and couldn’t make the appointment date and time that you had arranged would have been information. Maybe next time, don’t book an appointment date and time when you know you won’t be able to make it.
