Came out gave advice on what needed to be completed on the trees. We agreed on a price and work commenced straight away. Completed work same day and tidied everything away, removing all rubbish, branches etc from garden. Very pleasant gentleman to deal with (Billy).

Billy turned up, gave a quote, agreed a start date, on that start date he pushed the start date back a week, then messaged on the day to say he couldn’t do the job and I’d be better getting someone else. This wasted 3 weeks of time on my project.
