I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He agreed to visit my home two days later to discuss the job in detail so that if we were both happy, he could immediately complete the job and then be paid after its successful completion. After his arrival at my home, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. He completed the job inside 2 hours with just a little help from myself, a second person to help safely mount
