I have been working in the trade for 15+ years, and have significant experience in Property Renovation and Development, focusing mainly on structural alterations. We have worked on small domestic projects (beam in, wall down stuff) all the way up to start from scratch bespoke new builds and most things in between. Our standards are exceptional, we wonât leave it unless it is right. We can advise on planning permission requirements, as well as the latest building regulations standards, and are more than happy to share this knowledge and experience with our valued customers. We are really happy with the Work James completed for us. We wanted the flooring replacing where the fireplace had been removed. He listened to what we wanted and came up with some good solutions. Communication was good and the job was completed on the time and date agreed. James was friendly easy and to work with and the job was completed to a very high standard.
I had my under floor insulated and a doorway created between my living room and kitchen, with bi- fold doors fitted. James and his team completed the job very professionally and on time. They always arrived when they said they would. Very polite, clean and tidy- gave great advice from quote to completion. I’m really pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend.
