We specialise in extensions of all sizes and varied designs, loft conversions, orangeries and bespoke house builds. In addition, and if required, we also offer a Design and Planning Service.
We have numerous examples of our work in and around the North West which past clients are happy to allow you to see. They will also be delighted to discuss with you their experiences of D & M Construction. Some of our work can be seen in the images below.
We are always punctual, polite, clean and tidy and respectful of our clients' property and possessions. This applies to both the internal and external space. The majority of our assignments involve working around our clients' individual needs, which include continuity of general household services such as water, gas and electricity in key areas ie kitchens and bathrooms, as the build progresses.
We are always happy to discuss requirements and to explore with you the possibilities of improving the look and value of your home.

House Extension
From start to finish Dave has followed each aspect of my extension through, asking questions about aspects I hadn't really thought of and making additional recommendations to me throughout the build. The team that work for him have all been polite and have kept disruption to a minimum for us at all times. At the end of each day the work area has been left tidy and we have then been informed which tradesmen will be coming the following day & at what time. I would highly recommend Dave Oakes to anyone.
