Avoid, Avoid Mr. Patrick Murphy, who operates under Delta Home Solutions on Rated People. I engaged him for a driveway and patio installation for £2,150, paying a £950 deposit. However, he subsequently demanded an additional £600 upfront, threatening to forfeit my deposit if I did not comply. Delta home solutions is not registered with company house.After raising concerns with the police, Mr. Murphy agreed to refund me but has since avoided contact. The police still chassing him to refund my deposit.

Patrick Murphy of Delta Home Solutions quoted for garden maintenance and planting. I paid £350 on 21 July and £400 on 23 July after he said the latter was for six trees, soil and flowers, with the work to be completed on 29 July. Only two grass sprays were carried out. No trees, soil or flowers were supplied and the planting was not done. He did not contact me about the delay; I had to chase him. I have requested receipts, business details and a firm completion date.

Was looking to get a shed taken down and a tree stump removed as soon as possible in a children’s nursery garden. Turned up on time done a good job at a reasonable price. Left everything nice and tidy. Would hire them again.
