Derek contacted me straight away to arrange a visit and quote. Straight away Derek's presentation and attention to detail pleased me. This project was to update my mother in laws downstairs shower room, Derek recommended a retail outlet for the equipment with assistance over choices. We chose and accepted his quote, which included dismantling the existing fixtures and some build parts of the cramped room. All waste was removed, the project was completed 100% in just over 6 days to satisfaction, recommended.

Derek started very well, said he would fit bathroom in 4 days. He seemed a very honest and genuine chap. We went away after 5 days with very little to do so we paid him in full. On our return we found shower tray chipped tile chipped, shower tray overflowing and leaking, called him back several times, each time he said it was fixed, but was getting worse, bathroom was getting flooded, For last 8 weeks he's ignored me with exscuses and I believe he has no intention of putting right the problems he has caused

Derek is a very honest and transparent guy! The quote was the most reasonable l got for the job. He responded quickly and completed the job to a very high satisfaction, and on time. I will always recommend him!

Derek gave a competitive quote and completed the work quickly, efficiently and tidily. We have subsequently used Derek's services again, he helped us source a part for a broken shower which was not an easy task! Derek persisted and managed to find the part and repaired the shower. We cannot recommend Derek highly enough.
