Dougie came out as soon as possible to look at our leaking roof on the loft conversion. After giving us a quote and explaining the problem and showing us photos, he fixed the leak and also repaired a faulty drainpipe which had come away. Again showing us photos of the completed work. Dougie was recommended to us by two people who had work done by him. He was punctual, kept us updated and thorough in his work.. Would definitely recommend.
I recently had roofing work completed on my property and couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the initial quotation through to completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team arrived on time, worked hard, kept the area tidy, and ensured everything was completed as promised. Communication was clear at every stage, and they were happy to answer any questions I had
Very professional and excellent service from start to finish. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend.
Dougie did a fantastic job on our roof. He was punctual, reliable and hard working, and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond for us and made sure that all the work was completed to the highest standard for a very reasonable price. Would 100% recommend Refresh Roofing and would definitely use him again if ever needed.
Douglas was a true professional from start to finish. He stuck to appointments, was very clear with his quote and the work needed. He gave options at affordable prices and delivered at the quote agreed. He kept in contact with videos and pictures of what was found and what was done which was so reassuring when work is carried out in an area you can\\'t physically see yourself. On the day of the job Douglas and Paul were reliable, trustworthy and professional in their work. I cannot recommend them highly enoug
