I won't call them again. Agreed to do pointing on 120 bricks for £120. But, ended up doing less than 40 for the same price. All sorts of explanations. They didn't bother pointing where I needed. Instead, pointed where could conveniently reach.
Ross was punctual and efficient. I have asked him to quote for more jobs.
