Really disappointed. Lovely guy, good workmanship but unbelievably unreliable. You have to chase really hard, he will tell you he's coming and then nothing. No communication, no arrival and no work. Started a job for us in August, it's now January and not complete. Given up on him. If you want a 2 week job to take 5 months and still be incomplete.....then he's highly recommended.
The installation was brilliant, quick, tidy and at a very reasonable price. Vic was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. Will definately use again.

didnot say it was a call out guess how much they wanted to charge £385 pounds for turning on the hotwater feed and removing the sinks but leaving the feeds so.they could come back and charge another 385 old people beware.
No one so far has turned up to quote for the job, despite contacting us and saying he'd be here some time today. It's 7pm and not turned up to see and quote for the job! I'm therefore not impressed with the lack of communication!
