Zero rating. Arrived today to carry out the fence painting as agreed. Masked up 30% of the fence then Theo arrived stating job is bigger than they thought and they cannot do it. Pre-quote I offered for them to come out but this was declined although the number of fence panels and images were supplied and I was quoted £300 to which I agreed. They then wanted £400 I offered £350 as compromise this was declined. very rude - do not use. Very poor customer service.

Hi Tony, I would like to take this bad event as poor communication. We spoke on the phone and you said 28 panels one side. The team got there as planned but we’ve discovered will be both sides. Obviously this means double job. For this job the quote would have been at least £600 (as the quote for one side was £300). We didn’t want to dispute this. We added only £100 on top. We can take bad reviews but we would really appreciate if you would be more honest about what really happened. Thanks Mt Choice

Thank you for your reply however if you check my text dated 14 August it very clearly states both sides required painting and we agreed terms on that basis MT Choice breached our agreement.
Bathroom Installation
Had Marco and Theo board my shower due to loose tiles. Good communication, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. Not the cheapest quote but reliability makes a big difference.
Home Maintenance / Repair
Marco did a wonderful job doing my decoration and replacing fence panels then painting all the fence panels with wood protection all around my property very nice and friendly young man, good prices too.
General Fitted Furniture
Work completed on time. Hard working. Punctual Cleaned up afterwards A very difficult refit job . Thanks Theo and Marcus.
