First Fix Renovations

Came and looked at job gave quote and start date. Noticed that wall was also leaning inwards and after some consideration advised that wall should be knocked down and rebuilt for same cost as original quote. Turned up when he stated and removed wall and recovered most of bricks. Rebuilt wall higher than original with cap bricks on either end. Very impressed with the way he lined up wall and kept concrete between rows equal continually checking measurements. Good craftsman will use again. Highly recommended

Cannot recommended Mick and Trevor enough. Right from the discussion stage Mick explained how the building work would be done, the phases, building control and what to expect. Communication was there. There were no surprises along the way, no hidden extras. This is the first time we’ve had work done on this scale and we trust this company. We have since recommended them to friends and anyone who asks! We’re having them back for future (smaller) job!

First Fix have dug up our old kitchen floor and put in a new one to meet current standards (it's an old house). First Fix were professional from quotation through to completion. They were 100% reliable, always on time and a hard-working team. They did exactly what they promised in good time and to an excellent standard. They'll be the first firm I call for any future work. Very happy to recommend - we are delighted with the floor.

Mick (and Trev) were both great! We love our new extension and despite some unavoidable delays and additions to the plan (from our side!) that added to the length of the job, Mick was great at communicating, updating us on progress, explaining the work as we went along, and helping us make the most of the space. During a difficult year for work restrictions, delays on materials, and problematic weather, they were brilliant, upbeat and considerate of us having to live and work from home during the work.

The work carried was on time and on price , and I would definitely use them again. Well done boys
