House Extension
Chose First Stone Property to build our kitchen extention and their pricing was very competitive. They did everything from start to finish. Built the extention, knocked down two external walls, built a wc/shower room, installed the kitchen units and appliances, worktops and all electrics also to the satisfaction of the very strict Local Council Building Controller. The results speak for themselves. We are overjoyed with our new kitchen and couldn't be happier with First Stone Property.
Home Improvements
The First Stone Property guys carried out a large renovation of the ground floor of my property, creating a knock through living space, adding an extension, and creating a downstairs bathroom and utility. They did an amazing job. They were really transparent on cost, the standard of work was great, they’re really flexible, and always find a solution. Added this they finished on time. I would fully recommend them, and will use them again.

Very professional, approachable, patient, attentive, responded to queries without malice, provided recommendations & trustworthy. They assisted us by purchasing 2nd fix materials. 8 weeks into the build we were so impressed we had work done to the rest of the house & garden.I have to say we are loving our new extension, garden & home.
