Five Design and Build Ltd is a family run business covering West Sussex and Surrey. We specialise in modular extensions, warm roof conversions, refurbishments, extensions, orangeries, roofing, carpentry, and general building. We work closely with electricians, plasterers, decorators and any other trades necessary. We have over 15 years experience and pride ourselves on a high quality finish and great communication skills. Our aim is to provide you with a personal and professional experience during the completion of your project.

Jamie was very professional, friendly and accommodating with a high standard of work which we are delighted with. Some delay to the project was down to suppliers. Would highly recommend.
Jamie converted our existing conservatory style extensions into 1 combined full extension with more permanent, professional and energy efficient roofs. This was a significantly more cost effective option vs a full extension build. Jamie carried the work out himself and with the services of plasterers and electricians project managed the whole job. The work was finished to a high standard and we’re all delighted with the outcome. Highly recommended.
10/10 and 5 stars for Jamie! He is the best builder you could possibly ask for. He kept to deadline, finished within the agreed budget with no extras and the transformation was incredible. He turned my garage into a workout studio and it looks amazing! He’s punctual, hard working, efficient and highly skilled at his job, as well as being really, nice and friendly.
