Dan and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from the start they were upfront about costs and timings and communicated well throughout the process. When there were snags along the way, they dealt with them promptly with minimal disruption to the task at hand. In addition they always cleaned up after themselves and tried their utmost to cause as little disruption as possible - which was important as we have a toddler. I strongly recommend them and will definitely be working with them again.
